It looks like it came from mid to late 2000s judging by the color, aesthetic and style alone.
And yet… has been hit by, been struck by, a smooth criminal. The silhouettes look slightly cartoonish, yet it's the charm that this art follows. Furthermore, the background, including the beam - seems to be smokey and grainy, ain't a bad combo and it really emphasizes the aesthetic as I said at first.

I vote this art five stars; looks kewl and it's an oldie, a golden oldie.

Yooo thanks for your comment! I really didn't expect this piece to get this much attention it certanly surprised me!

Really gnarly! I like the red and blue combo attire the man is wearing, and those two menacing yet effective bots look like they belong in some old mid to late 90's video game! The background looks like it came from Smash Melee.

Though, I can see couple of issues with this art, particularly with the colored beams coming from the said figure; the blue beam doesn't follow to the center as it is coming from the figure's arm instead from the looks of it. Besides that, the outlines look rough but pleasing nonetheless. Could be cleaner but whatever.
As for the shading, I can tell it's used quite well even if it's not perfectly done.

Overall, I'll rate this three 'n half stars. Cool display of cyberspace interpretation, the characters look pleasing enough without any issues aside from couple of flaws it shows therein.

Hey, it's cute. The ripples, while they reflect Totodile's reflection, I note that the reflection isn't exactly accurate judging by the light it casually reflects but that's minute anyways. I had a Totodile before it evolved into Croconaw, and ever since on that Goldenrod city; I've been waiting for that ignorant man to finally get that Sudowoodo out of the way and maybe at the same time get that gym badge if it weren't for that damned Miltank. But I digress, the color may be odd in regards to that jagged frill on the back but nevertheless gives out that it could be that it may be more reflective than the rest.

Summary of this review: It's a relaxed art with some err here and there but besides that, it's a cute art. Four stars.

Thank you! I agree with the stuff on parts of the lighting & whatever it is I tried to do with the water reflection (this is from 2022) but in the end, I still like it even considering it's flaws. I'm glad it still stands decently to other people as well (:

Excellent art. The color palette; while ever so slightly dull in comparison to the game (granted, colorful), it stands out pretty well. While I haven't completed the full game yet, I still know what highlights are, for the most part. And of course, did spoil myself a bit but that's not too much to worry about. The figures are expressive, yet maintain to the original by some degree.

Overall, in the nutshell; Outstanding art, expressive anatomy as it is in game, color are less vibrant but that's the art-style doing it's job.

ICam2k responds:

Thank you so much! I could've went with the vibrant route, but it was worth going in the opposite direction to see how that turns out. Still, always love seeing detailed comments like these.

Awesome. That's all I can describe this art.

He's probably waiting for that damn tornado to come back just like in Simon's quest or is rolling rocks like if it were marbles in his backyard cause there's nothing crappy to play.

Other than that, it's pretty cool. It has that somewhat cartoony look while maintaining a bit of realism. As for the Atari jacket, I dunno… Seems too cool to be having that on, someone should make that. Four stars.

Excellent.
While it's drawn it brushes or whatnot.
It shows how well you do anatomy at realistic level, even if it's cartoony basis expresses even through that.

You done well with what you've drawn out.
I give this 5 stars.

AVGN would like this.
But eitherway, Excellent!

This is awesome to have it at the start or end of the year, being that's the first episode of Futurama.
And what not to mention that 3D art. It's polished, contrasting and it almost looks like it came from an old camera.
Now shut up and take my five stars.

Livin' my life; playing Flash games, since 2010. I don't promise what I offer, it's what'cha make of it: be it be me posts, art, merit and whatever else. In shorter words, carte blanche.
Anyhoo, check my website.
